da poker: Leeds United have a fair few problems in their squad at the moment, and one of their main issues may be on the right side of midfield.
da fazobetai: Unfortunately, £15m man Helder Costa hasn’t proven to be good value for money as he’s contributed to just four goals in 30 league appearances since joining the Yorkshire club last summer.
His performance on Saturday was nothing short of dreadful, and fans were far from happy with what they saw from him.

It may be time for Costa to drop out of the team, and his removal from the starting XI could solve two problems at once.
Moving Pablo Hernandez to the right side wouldn’t only be an upgrade on Costa, but it would help get the best out of the Spaniard after Phil Hay stated that his form hasn’t been great as of late in a recent Q&A session.
Hay is right in his summary as the Spaniard has contributed to just one goal in his last five matches, and the majority of those have seen him play in midfield.
Last season he was so much more effective on the right, scoring ten and assisting eight in the 26 games he played on the right side. Compare that to the solitary goal contribution he has in his last five games, and you can see where he’s more likely to be effective.
Hernandez could easily be replaced in the centre of the park by Tyler Roberts – the Welshman is back fit, and when he’s at his best he’s brilliant having been dubbed the new Samu Saiz.
Dropping Costa and moving Hernandez to the right fixes two problems at once. It allows Leeds to get an underperforming player out of the side, while also playing arguably their best player in his most effective position.
In other news, Marcelo Bielsa still has some explaining to do after this weekend.
